About
I teach the history of Christianity at Church Divinity School of the Pacific, a founding school of the Graduate Theological Union, in Berkeley, CA. I also serve on the Core Doctoral Faculty of the Graduate Theological Union in the History Area. I specialize in Jewish-Christian relations from the 5th to 12th centuries, the cult of saints, comparative theology, and the encounter between Anglicanism and other religions.
